1. Who we are

VintTrack is a browser extension and dashboard that helps people sell on Vinted. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Vinted UAB.

By installing the extension or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must have the right to manage the marketplace shops you connect.

3. Acceptable use

VintTrack automates actions you could take yourself. You remain responsible for staying within the rules of any marketplace you connect, including its terms and any rate limits it applies.

You may not use VintTrack to misrepresent goods, to operate accounts you do not control, or to interfere with the normal operation of a marketplace.

We may suspend accounts that place our infrastructure or other users at risk.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from your account.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless the law requires it.

Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Marketplaces change without notice, and features that depend on them may break temporarily.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something significant from a paid plan we will tell you in advance.

6. Liability

VintTrack is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, account restrictions applied by a marketplace, or indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using VintTrack at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your plan. We may end the agreement if you breach these terms.

When the agreement ends, your access to paid features stops and we delete your data as described in the privacy statement.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect.
