Privacy statement

The short version

VintTrack runs inside your browser and works against your own marketplace session. Your shop data — listings, messages, offers and buyers — stays on your device by default.

We never receive your Vinted password, and we do not sell data to anyone.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, plan, and billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Product data: which features you use and anonymous error reports, so we can find and fix problems.

Shop data: listings, orders, messages and offers read from your marketplace session. This is processed locally. On paid plans you can opt into an encrypted backup so your history survives a device change.

What we never collect

Your marketplace password. You sign in on the marketplace's own page and the session stays in your browser.

The contents of unrelated browser tabs. The extension only runs on the marketplace domains it needs.

How we use it

To provide the service: delivering alerts, running the automations you configure and rendering your dashboard.

To support you: reproducing bugs you report and answering questions about your account.

To improve the product: understanding in aggregate which features are used and where they fail.

We do not use your shop data to train models, and we do not build profiles for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service — hosting, error reporting and payments — under contracts that restrict what they may do with it.

We may disclose data if the law requires it, and will tell you where we are permitted to.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove it within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax or accounting purposes.

Local shop data is removed when you uninstall the extension. Cloud backups are deleted with the account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing.

Write to privacy@vinttrack.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
